Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel / or reschedule an appointment, either by phone call or message.
Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-show”, we may require a deposit to book a future appointment as well as a cancellation fee of $50.
We understand that circumstances arise that may prevent a 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling. We will honor one (1) grace appointment for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-show, after which you will be required to make a 50% deposit on any future booking.
Late Policy
We would like all our clients to have a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise, life and traffic are unpredictable.
We request that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you have your full experience and allotted time. If you are late to your appointment your booking may run into Our next clients’ appointment time , throwing off our entire daily schedule. If you are late to your appointment by more than 10 minutes you will be rescheduled to the next available spot on that day.
Please understand that we are committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointments with us and we look forward to your co-operation.
