CANCELLATION AND LATENESS POLICY

Cancellation & Late Policy 

At The Threading Bar, we are dedicated to providing every client with a high-quality, relaxing, and timely beauty experience. To ensure this level of service is maintained for all our valued guests, we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with our updated cancellation and late policies outlined below.

**Cancellation Policy**

As a small business with limited appointment slots available each day, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least **24 hours in advance**. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to another client who may be waiting for an opening.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your appointment entirely, we are often unable to fill that time on short notice. This results in a significant loss of income and deprives another client of the chance to receive our services.

To maintain fairness and respect for our time and other clients, the following policies apply:

- Cancellations made with **less than 24 hours' notice** will incur a **50% cancellation fee**.

- Future appointments after a last-minute cancellation will require a **deposit of 50%** to secure your booking.

- We understand that emergencies happen, so we will allow **one (1) grace appointment** for a last-minute cancellation or reschedule without penalty. After that, our cancellation policies will be strictly enforced.

**No-Show Policy**

A no-show, or failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, will result in the **automatic cancellation of any future bookings**. This is a firm policy, as no-shows significantly impact our schedule and operations. If you have missed an appointment without notice, we ask that you reach out to us before attempting to book again. Rebooking will require a 50% deposit for any future appointments.

**Late Arrival Policy**

We strive to maintain a peaceful, punctual environment for every guest. We understand that delays can happen—life is unpredictable, and traffic can be challenging. However, we ask that you plan accordingly and arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive **more than 10 minutes late**, we may not be able to accommodate your service without affecting the next scheduled client. In this case:

- You will be rescheduled to the **next available time slot on the same day**, if one is available.

- If no suitable time slot is available, you will be asked to **reschedule your appointment**.

Your timeliness helps ensure you receive the full benefit of your service without feeling rushed, and it helps us stay on track for our other guests.
