Cancellation Policy

• Appointments are reserved especially for you. We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling (via call/text to 689-7541).
• Do NOT reply to Automated Setmore WHATSAPP  Message, this is a CHATBOT
• Less than 24hrs notice: 50% cancellation fee, due on your next appointment 

No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend without notice will result in booking privileges being suspended.
  Rebooking will require full payment in advance. 

• Late Arrival Policy
• Please arrive on time to maintain our service standard.
• 10+ mins late: appointment may be rescheduled
